On behalf of the Executive Board, it is with great satisfaction that we formally acknowledge your elevation to the position of Sector Director within the Department of Civic Compliance. 

Please be advised of the following operational terms, effective immediately upon execution of this document: 

• Operator — Deploy personnel to execute assignments within your sector. 
• Surveillance — Establish observation to generate intelligence on subjects and sites. 
• Stake Out — Position Operators at sites to monitor activity over time. 
• Tailing — Assign Operators to follow subjects and track movement patterns. 
• Arrest — Detain Non-Compliant subjects; outcome contributes to Performance Review based on collected evidence. 

Your continued advancement is determined solely by your Performance Review, derived from the totality and strength of evidence collected in support of each arrest. The corporation places significant value on substantiated outcomes; should the need for support arise, appropriate measures will be enacted to ensure alignment with company standards. 

This communication serves as both your formal commendation and binding operational contract.

Surveillance

• Click LMB on a Location to stake out the location
• Click LMB on a Character at a location, to tail them

Intervention

• Click RMB on a Location to search it for evidence
• Click RMB on a Character at a location to arrest them

Try to survey people to find out where suspicious activity is. Search these places when there are no people around. If someone is there when one of your Operators is searching the place, the search will be aborted.

Scoring KPI's

When you have enough evidence, arrest the person. The total KPI of the evidence will be added to your KPI.
